Free iPhone app

Moirion does not require an account and Auxtho does not collect your journal entries, conversations, contact details, or usage data through the free iPhone app. Entries and conversations are created when you write or talk in the app and are kept on your iPhone. They are used to show your journal, let you find past entries, and answer a question you choose to ask about them.

AI and sharing

The free iPhone app uses Apple's on-device model on compatible devices when it is available. Moirion does not send your journal or questions to Auxtho, an external AI service, or a third-party SDK. Metdol, cloud AI, user API keys, and Moirion's backup and restore are unavailable in this iPhone release. If you contact support, the message and address you choose to send are used to respond to you; support correspondence is separate from the app's journal data.

Storage and deletion

Your iPhone entries and conversations remain on the device until you delete them in Moirion, reset the app's data, or remove the app. Moirion does not retain a server copy of this data. iOS device backups, if you have enabled them, are controlled by your Apple settings and may have separate retention and deletion rules. You can stop using the AI feature at any time by not starting a conversation; writing and reading remain available.

Mac and optional connections

The Mac app starts with local records and local-only AI. Writing, reading, and searching remain available without an AI model. Auxtho does not receive a server copy of your Mac journal through these local features.

The first free Mac App Store release uses local models running on your Mac. Questions and journal excerpts are not sent to Google Gemini or another external AI service. Auxtho does not collect your journal entries, conversations, or app usage data through this release.

Device connections shown in development previews are separate from the free iPhone release. Before an enabled preview sends a question to your chosen computer, Moirion shows the destination and asks you to confirm.
